The TrendCare Assessment functions enable an organisation to author its own assessments into the TrendCare system, with all assesment revisions being recorded.  The following features are available in the system and provide the ability to:

  • Complete assessments electronically or on hardcopy
  • Audit completion of started assessments in Preadmission, Inpatient or Post-Discharge phases of care
  • Generate an action plan based on the assessment findings
  • Automatically generate a Risk Summary report which displays all and only those items for which the patients has been assessed to be at risk

This workshop is recommended:

  1. Prior to implementation of the Assessment functions
  2. For any site requiring re-training due to turnover of key personnel
