TrendCare has been used by the Mater Health Services campus in all 7 hospitals for over 10 years and is an integral tool for decision support in the nursing services.

Nursing hours are efficiently managed and work is allocated equitably to nursing staff using the system. Nurse Managers use data from TrendCare for a wide range of functions including clinical handovers, diet ordering, bed management, rostering and work allocation. Automated pathways are currently being implemented across the Mater campus.
