Trend Care Systems supplies a range of services
to support TrendCare products.
Train
the Trainer Workshop for the Implementation of the TrendCare
System (4 days).
Day 1: Orientation, Testing & Setup
Day 2: "Train the Trainer"
A comprehensive introduction to the concepts of patient acuity,
workload allocation, human resource management, discharge analysis,
bed management and patient diet ordering. This day involves
"hands on" training in the use of the software.
Day 3: "Train the Trainer"
A comprehensive introduction to categorising patients. This day focuses on "hands on" training in
the use of the software.
Day 4: "Train the Trainer"
A comprehensive introduction to bed management and discharges, allocate workloads, work
management reports, efficiency reports, patient episode reports, data and
exports for costing purposes and inter-rater reliability testing. This day focuses on
“hands on” training in the use of the software.
OPTIONAL:
Day 5: Roster System (half day)
A comprehensive introduction to using the roster feature within TrendCare. This session is “hands on” training.
Train the Trainer Workshop
for the implementation of the Clinical Pathways System (one
day).
Day 6:
This workshop is a "hands on" training day which includes
the use of the TrendCare software for the development and management
of the clinical pathways, variance reporting and analysis, and
patient risks assessment.
Annual Update Workshops
for User Sites
These workshops include an update on the concepts
involved with the Trend Care system and a review of how the
system has been implemented to date. New features released within
the software are also demonstrated and explained.
On-site Support
Trend Care software support staff are available
to perform on-site installation and upgrades of the software
if required.
Adhoc Program Development
Trend Care Systems can assist in the development
of interface modules to import and export data between TrendCare
and third party systems.
N.B. All training, on-site installations
and adhoc program developments are coordinated through the Brisbane
office and are an additional cost to the annual maintenance
fee.
