- To provide a comprehensive profile of each employee which includes their work experience, work status, position, qualifications, training, languages spoken, competency achievements, phone numbers, work preferences, etc. These can be displayed when selecting staff to work or re-deploying staff to other areas.
- To identify all staff in a department or the total hospital due for;
- Annual performance reviews
- Annual mandatory training
- Competency renewal evaluations

- To report on conference attendance and costs for a department or the total hospital over any selected period of time
- To report on training, inservice and competency attendance
- To identify paid and unpaid attendance at training and inservice sessions
- To provide a detailed work profile for all staff (over a selected time period)
- To identify staff sick leave patterns
- To identify agency and casual utilisation
- To compare hours worked to contracted hours
- To identify all nurses working in the hospital on a selected shift who have a specific experience, competency or specific training

Reports Generated

system. These reports relate to all of the above objectives.
