a leading provider of Hospital Software for the private and public
hospital sector in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Our success is

TrendCare is operating in some of the world’s largest and most acute
tertiary hospitals across Asia, Australia and New Zealand. These
large hospitals include; mental health, paediatric, maternity,
cardiac and medical / surgical hospitals..
Understanding
the Industry
Trend Care Systems Pty Ltd has identified and developed
management solutions to satisfy a real need in the health care market.
Public demand and demands on funding in both private and public sectors
require hospitals to be highly focused on providing best practice patient
outcomes, and optimising efficiency in work practices and the utilisation
of human resources. The TrendCare Acuity, Clinical Pathway and Care
Planning systems are our primary products. A multidisciplinary rostering
and HRM system is available for all organisational departments. Additional
functions such as; hospital wide bed management, diet ordering, medical and
nursing clinical handovers, allied health intervention tracking, patient
risk assessments and discharge planning evaluation are also provided.
The TrendCare solution links seamlessly to patient management systems via
HL7 messaging and to other rostering systems and HRM systems via customized
interfacing. The TrendCare integrated solution is recognised as the most
effective system to achieve best practice patient outcomes and organisational
efficiency.

Lowe
Director of Trend Care Systems Pty Ltd - Nursing Support
Cherrie Lowe is one of the leading figures in Australasian Nursing.
She is known for her quality approach to nursing management and is a regular speaker
at international nursing conferences. Cherrie has contributed to several international
publications relating to human resource management, is a founding Director of Trend
Care Systems Pty Ltd, and has a Health Care consultancy service. She is a registered
general nurse and midwife with tertiary qualifications in Education (nursing) and
Hospital Administration. Cherrie has been a Director of Nursing of several hospitals
and has a vast experience in a wide range of clinical specialties. She is also a senior
Quality Surveyor for the Australian Council of Health Care Standards. In 2000 Cherrie
was awarded The Royal College of Nursing Australia Nursing Excellence Award for the
contribution she has made to nursing in Australia.

Ronald Dunigan
Director of Trend Care Systems Pty Ltd - Software Support
Ronald Dunigan is a founding Director of Trend Care Systems Pty Ltd
and the owner of the software consultancy service Software Trend. Ronald has a
Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Science. He has worked in the Information
Services industry since 1985 in a variety of roles and has had extensive experience
in the health care industry.
